Weaving Dreams, Identity, and Connection
Weaving Dreams, Identity, and Connection
Min Park, a Korean artist, discovered her passion for art at a young age. Influenced by her experiences in the United States and Korea, her work explores themes of dreams, identity, and fantasy. Now based in New York City, her multicultural background enriches her art, weaving stories of imagination and wonder.
Her talent has earned her a place in the Society of Illustrators and participation in prestigious exhibitions, including "Power in Number 5" and a screening with "Artist Talk Magazine" at Times Square, hosted by Gallery Nucleus. She also gained recognition in the "Wonderful Days: Exhibition of Emerging Artists in Seoul," celebrating her cultural heritage.
Min's art reflects the power of dreams and universal human experiences, opening portals to worlds of wonder and inspiring viewers to explore their own stories. With boundless imagination and dedication, she continues to enchant and transform the art world.
Min's works explore aspects of identity and longing, through ink, watercolor, and collecting. These works are an investigation of what truly identity and culture mean to those who don't completely understand it and an attempt to capture the longing we feel as an individual when we feel lost and uninvited.
Min's inspiration comes from the stories we carry—whether personal, cultural, or societal—and the resilience required to confront the uncertainties that shape our sense of self. Drawing from her ongoing journey, which investigates identity and connection, she aims to bring these narratives into her work.
