**Professional Highlights: My Artistic Journey**
My journey as an artist has been profoundly shaped by personal experiences of pain, healing, and transformation. Throughout my life, I have faced moments of deep emotional struggle, including a period of severe depression that left an indelible mark on my soul. During this time, I turned to writing as a means to process my emotions and regain control over my life. This led to the creation of my "Depression Diary," a collection of raw emotions, reflections, and thoughts that served as a lifeline during those dark days. More than just a journal, it was a companion that helped me navigate the complexities of my mind, providing a space where I could confront my deepest fears and vulnerabilities. Through this process, I discovered the profound healing power of art and writing, which enabled me to externalize my pain and begin a journey toward self-compassion and recovery.
This experience culminated in the publication of a book that became the first in Thailand to promote awareness of depression, receiving recognition at the Taipei International Book Exhibition in February, where it was ranked as the 14th Best Book in Asia. Out of this difficult period emerged the inspiration for my "Turn Your Scars into Stars" project—my first art group exhibition, which serves as a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. This project was born from the realization that our scars, both emotional and physical, can be transformed into sources of strength and beauty. The exhibition was accompanied by my poem "Paintiful," which encapsulates the idea that even in the midst of pain, there is an inherent beauty and artistry waiting to emerge.
Vincent van Gogh, a figure I deeply admire, was a significant source of inspiration for this project. His philosophy that "what is done in love is done well" resonated with me and fueled the creative process behind the exhibition. The "Turn Your Scars into Stars" project gained widespread attention online, touching the lives of many who had endured similar struggles. What began as a deeply personal endeavor evolved into a collective experience, resonating with people who had faced their own battles with emotional wounds. This project reinforced my belief in the power of art to heal oneself and inspire and uplift others.
In addition to my visual art, I have ventured into writing and collage as therapeutic outlets. My art series "Cut and Tear" was another significant project through which I processed emotions spontaneously, resulting in 158 pieces created in a remarkably short period. Like my earlier works, this series was an expression of inner turmoil and the ongoing process of healing.
Art has been a powerful tool in my journey, and it has played a crucial role in raising awareness, fostering connections, and offering a path toward healing for those who are struggling. Whether through visual art, writing, or collage, my creative work has always been driven by a desire to connect with others on a deeply human level, sharing in the struggles and triumphs that define our shared experience.
Art uniquely captures the nuances of emotional and psychological experiences that are often difficult to convey through words alone. My journey as an artist has been one of turning scars into stars, finding beauty in pain, and using creativity as a tool for healing and transformation. I remain committed to using my art to inspire, uplift, and connect with others, offering hope and reassurance to those who may feel alone in their struggles.
Through my work, I strive to create a sense of solidarity and understanding, reminding others—and myself—that even in our darkest moments, there is always a glimmer of light waiting to be found.
One noteworthy achievement was the organization of the “Turn Your Scars into Stars,” exhibition.
