About the Exhibition

The Places We Call Home is an online, international exhibition that will explore the many ways we define and connect with the idea of “home.” It’s not limited to physical buildings or landscapes, this theme encourages artists to dig deeper into the emotional, cultural, and sensory layers of belonging. Whether it’s a familiar scent, a cherished memory, a safe place, or even a feeling of displacement, “home” is a universal yet deeply personal concept.

Through this exhibition, the Women in Arts Network seeks to bring together diverse voices and perspectives, offering viewers an intimate glimpse into the heart of each artist’s relationship with the idea of home.
