Because all services provided involve custom work, personalized effort, and dedicated time,
all payments made are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

- Listing or feature fees
- Add-on service fees (e.g., expedited delivery, premium layouts)
Once your payment is processed and work has commenced (which may include initial planning, design drafts, content review, or communications), you are not eligible for a refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Before Work Begins:
If you wish to cancel and notify us before any work has started, you may request a cancellation. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion, minus administrative or processing fees. - After Work Begins:
Once we have started work on your portfolio, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.
4. Revisions and Corrections
- We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Minor corrections and updates as per the original agreed scope of work are included.
- Major changes, additional features, or requests beyond the original scope may require additional payment, quoted separately.
5. Non-Delivery of Services
If, due to unforeseen circumstances or issues on our end, we are unable to deliver your portfolio or listing within a reasonable time frame,
you may be eligible for a refund or alternative compensation, at our discretion.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to fulfill services caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or external platform issues.
