Apply Now to Be WIAN’s Artist of the Month- November 2025

Every time you create, you leave a trace of yourself in the world. Whether it’s through a brushstroke, a poem, a photograph, or a performance, you give something honest, something deeply felt. Yet so often, that work stays unseen, sitting quietly in your studio, waiting for the right moment to step out and meet the world.

Have you ever wished someone could feel what you feel when you make art? The weight of the silence before you begin, the rhythm that takes over, the relief and joy that follow when you know a piece has found its truth? This November, the Women in Arts Network invites you to open that door and share your world with others who truly understand what it means to create.

Submissions are now open for Artist of the Month, November 2025, and we’re looking for women artists ready to be seen, heard, and celebrated for the stories their art holds.

Why This Moment Is For You

Art doesn’t wait for perfect timing. It comes when it needs to. It grows quietly, sometimes through doubt and sometimes through fire. November carries that same spirit, a time of reflection, of gathering your thoughts, of preparing for what comes next. It’s a moment to pause and take stock of how far you’ve come, to look at your work and realize how much of your heart it already carries.

At WIAN, we understand that being an artist isn’t always easy. The creative path can be uncertain and lonely. There are days when your ideas feel clear and alive, and others when they seem far away. But every piece you make, every risk you take, and every moment you choose to keep going adds up to something remarkable. We believe it’s time that others see that too.

Being named Artist of the Month isn’t just recognition, it’s a chance to let your work speak in a larger space. It’s about connection, visibility, and giving your art the audience it deserves. It’s about letting your story find the people who will understand it.

Inspiration from Previous Artists

Our past Artists of the Month remind us of what it means to create with courage and to share without holding back. In September, we celebrated Trish Findlater and Lauryna Rakauskaitė. In August, we featured Elena Schertler. Each of them used this opportunity to connect with new audiences, open doors to collaborations, and expand their creative paths. Their journeys remind us that one step forward, one decision to share, can lead to unexpected growth. they also opened doors to new opportunities, collaborations, and meaningful connections that helped their creative journey grow. Your story could be the next one we celebrate.

Make This November Yours!

Every artist carries a story that deserves to be told. Every piece you create holds a moment, a memory, a piece of who you are. This November, let that story be heard. Let your work speak for you and allow it to reach the people it was always meant to find.
