My practice is a continuous experiment in joy, grounded in the belief that movement is our most potent, immediate tool for biological and emotional liberation. By using props, ribbons, and collaborative play, I turn movement into a visual language that releases happy chemicals and invites others to witness the chemistry of delight. My work is an ongoing study in resourcefulness—testing how boldness in motion, when shared with others, can spark curiosity and shift the energy of a space. I create to remind myself and others that we are never static; we are always in flux, always capable of a new, joyful experiment.

My work is built on the belief that movement creates joy and releases the happy chemicals that allow us to live more fully. This submission is a testament to that philosophy; it captures the thrill of finding inspiration in the wild—treating the world as a playground for props, collaborators, and spontaneous performance. Rather than fitting into a fixed narrative, this piece documents the interplay between my movement and the environment, showing how we can visually delight others by choosing to be curious, resourceful, and bold in our daily experiments.
