I sublimate my criminal urges through art, while in life I seek only harmony.

Like many children, I was drawn to the joy of creating at an early age. Although I no longer have many works from that time, I ‘ve often been told that even as a child I produced surprisingly expressive drawings. That creative spark stayed with me throughout the years. During my university studies, I purchased my very first set of oil paints with scholarship money and began to experiment - an experience that opened the door to a completely new world.

My mother was the first to recognize and value my efforts. She encouraged me to seek guidance and eventually directed me to a summer art camp, where I met my first art teacher. Later, I took private lessons with Erzsébet Mészáros in Budaörs, whose teaching introduced me to the depth and richness of oil painting. These two remarkable women became formative figures at the beginning of my artistic journey.

Today, I find inspiration everywhere – in travel, in long walks, or simply in moments of quiet observation. The beauty of landscapes, fleeting light, and the rhythm of everyday life constantly bring me new ideas and serve as a starting point of my work.

For me, art is a way of capturing the invisible – the emotions, impressions and fleeting moments that cannot always be expressed with words. I believe that painting is not only about creating an image but about evoking a feeling in the viewer a connection that resonates on a deeper level.

We live in a fast-paced where life can often feel heavy and filled with difficult or even sorrowful moments. Through my paintings, I hope to offer viewers a moment of pause – a small sanctuary where they can step outside of their everyday struggles, if only for an instant.

My philosophy is rooted in observation: paying attention to the beauty of light, nature, and human presence, and transforming these experiences into visual language. Each work carries a part of my inner world yet leaves room for the viewer’s own emotions and interpretations. I wish for my art to inspire stillness, reflection and a quiet sense of wonder – reminding us that even amidst hardship, beauty and inspiration are always present.

My artistic style is rooted in classical painting traditions, focusing on landscapes, still lifes and portraits. Through landscapes, I explore the beauty and the atmosphere of nature – how light, color, and form can capture both harmony and transience. My still lifes allow me to reflect on the quiet poetry of everyday objects, elevating the ordinary into something contemplative. In portraits, I am interested in more than likeness; I strive to reveal character, mood, and the unspoken emotions that define a person.

Underlying all these genres is a desire to create moments of pause and reflection. In a world that often feels rushed and burdened, my works invite viewers to slow down, to reconnect with beauty, and to find a sense of calm and inspiration in classical forms and timeless themes.
