Galina, known professionally as Art GalGumba, is a London-based oil painter whose striking, thought-provoking artworks transform unique concepts into visual experiences.
With over 18 years of painting, and her skills refined in the Mastery Programme at the Milan Art Institute, Galina developed a unique style rooted in abstract storytelling, inner reflections, and transformation. Her art was exhibited and sold in different London’s venues. In 2025 Galina opened her art shop Art-GalGumba.co.uk, dedicated to original fine art that inspires, uplifts, and intrigues.
“Original art on your walls is like a portal to different worlds—sometimes even other dimensions,” Galina reflects. “I want my art to invite a viewer into the worlds filled with beauty, meaning, and wonder.”
Working closely with collectors around the world, Galina creates bespoke pieces that elevate interiors and awake the imagination. Her art explores the mystery and splendour of existence, offering viewers a sense of connection, reflection, and hope.

As an artist, I aspire to intrigue minds and uplift spirits through my work. Fuelled by curiosity and daily inspirations, I delve into a range of themes and techniques across my series. My goal is not only to produce captivating visual art but also to stimulate meaningful discussions and inner reflections on human nature, fresh starts, and the complexity of individuals with all their flaws and virtues.
My paintings explore the quiet tension between chaos and stillness — the pulse beneath the surface of what appears serene. Weaving together layers of light, texture, and colour, my series transform vulnerability and pain into beauty, resilience, and the triumph over the life’s obstacles.
I’m deeply inspired by the power of words and often weave interesting quotes, song lyrics, poetry, or lines from the favourite films and books into my art. I enjoy making collaged backgrounds to add layers of depth and interest to my paintings, a reward for those who take time to look deeper into them.
