Transforming the body into portals of becoming.
Transforming the body into portals of becoming.
Nazanin Moradi is a London-based multidisciplinary artist working across painting, digital art, body painting, and performance. She holds a Master’s degree in Fine Art from Chelsea College of Art, UAL (2016) and has exhibited internationally in the UK, EU, Asia, and the USA.
Her practice explores the body in a constant state of transformation, shifting between abstraction and figuration, self and inner self, dream and waking life. Movement within circular forms plays a key role, creating spaces where figures fragment and reconfigure into alternate versions.
She uses performance, body painting, and photography as part of a process that culminates in oil painting, building layers of motion to reflect impermanence and change.
Moradi’s visual world constructs fluid compositions where perception drifts between presence and absence, into a space of transition, where nothing remains fixed and everything is in motion.
