Art that invites you to See, Feel, and Live YOUR Life, through heart, presence, and connection.
Tricia Sybersma is an artist, published author, speaker, and HeartMath® Certified Trainer, and the founder of HeartWorks, an evolving creative practice where art, animals, and heart-centred science come together. Her work explores how presence, coherence, and connection can be experienced as something lived and embodied, not simply observed.
At the center of Tricia’s practice are her animal collaborators, horses, a cat, and a dog, who actively participate in creating artwork through intuitive movement and consent-based interaction. These are not depictions of animals, but co-creations that carry emotional intelligence, energetic depth, and a palpable sense of calm. Each piece becomes a meeting place between species, inviting viewers to slow down, listen, and reconnect with their own inner rhythm.
Guided by HeartMath principles and quantum awareness, Tricia approaches art as both a visual expression and an energetic transmission. Her work is designed to support nervous-system regulation, emotional clarity, and heart-led awareness. In addition to physical paintings, she is developing a distinctive digital art style inspired by the animals themselves, translating their movement, presence, and frequency into layered visual fields that expand how her work is experienced.
With a background in interior design, wellness facilitation, authorship, and public speaking, Tricia brings a rare ability to translate complex emotional and energetic concepts into accessible, felt experiences. Shaped by years living in both Canada and the Cayman Islands, her work bridges disciplines, cultures, and ways of knowing.
Through HeartWorks, Tricia invites people into a different relationship with art, one that doesn’t ask for interpretation, but for presence. Her work gently guides others to See with clarity, Feel with honesty, and Live their lives from the intelligence of the heart.
A horse moves first. I follow.
That’s how the work begins, by exploring the potential of what’s possible, where heart coherence becomes the guide.
My art is created in collaboration with animals, horses, a cat, and a dog, who actively participate through intuitive movement and consent. These works are not representations of animals, but shared moments of awareness translated into form. The animals lead with rhythm, honesty, and sensitivity to the field, revealing new ways of seeing, creating, and relating.
Through HeartWorks, I approach art as an experience rather than an object. Guided by HeartMath® principles and quantum awareness, each piece functions as an energetic transmission designed to calm the nervous system, support coherence, and reconnect people with their own inner rhythm. The work comes first, your body doesn’t need to analyze it to feel its impact.
My background in interior design and wellness shapes how I think about art as something that lives in space and interacts with people over time. Alongside physical paintings, I am developing a distinctive digital art style inspired by the animals themselves, translating their movement and frequency into layered visual fields that extend the work into new dimensions.
At its core, my practice is an invitation to possibility, where presence becomes creative intelligence, and art opens a doorway to seeing clearly, feeling deeply, and living from the heart.
My work is inspired by the intelligence of animals and the coherence that emerges when we slow down and truly listen. Through collaboration with animals, I explore how presence, trust, and heart-based awareness can guide both creation and daily life.
Key inspirations include:
-Heart coherence and its effect on emotional regulation, perception, and well-being
-Animal-led creation and interspecies collaboration
-The unseen energetic field that shapes how art is felt, not just seen
-Releasing control in favor of relational, presence-led creativity
-Art as a touchpoint for calm, clarity, and inner rhythm
-Inspiring and empowering others to See, Feel, and Live their lives more fully
This inspiration also extends into my writing and speaking, including my upcoming book Walking with the Herd: A Heart-Centred Guide to See, Feel, Live YOUR Life, which carries these themes beyond the artwork and into lived experience.
Tricia Sybersma’s work bridges art, animals, and heart-centred science to create experiences that are felt, embodied, and lived.
